2011: Designs open for your inspection

Saltwater Coast estate in Point Cook is now home to six stunning Porter Davis display homes, including four brand new 2011 designs to inspire you on your new home journey.

Visiting display centres is the best way to help you with your research and decision-making. Not only will it help you with your colour selections, you also get a chance to inspect the builder’s workmanship and speak with the sales team about other important factors such as guarantees, process and pricing.

If you’re looking at buying a new home this year and you want to see the latest designs, ideas and concepts from floorplans to interior decorating, come along to a special twilight viewing of the homes on 20 January from 6pm to 8pm.

At the Saltwater Coast Prestige display, you can walk through the never seen before designs of the four bedroom, two bathroom Kallara and Sandarah .

The new four bedroom, two bathroom Darnley and the four bedroom, four bathroom double storey Chadwick from the Lifestyle range make entertaining and everyday living easy, especially with their multiple living spaces.

If you’re a first home buyer or investor, the Access range offers two brand new designs, the Livingstone and the Montrose.

Part of the new eAcccess range, both home designs provide the versatility to mould the floorplan to your needs as a young couple or growing family. Each home has a range of a room options for you to choose from, such as grand alfresco, side alfresco, rumpus room, fourth bedroom, study and more, giving you the ability to customise the floorplan so it suits you.
