Double the access to affordable inspiration at Grandvue
There’s now double the access to the forever innovative and stylish Porter Davis design portfolio with two brand new Access display homes open at Grandvue estate in Officer.
Open from Saturday 19 May, the gorgeous (we’re not biased!) new display centre will not only provide access to affordable new home inspiration for first and new home buyers, it’s also super easy to access from the M1.
The display centre showcases the new London 24 design, which will be open for the first time in the south east, and also the popular Montague 21 home.
Both designs are styled in what we can boast as spectacular Porter Davis fashion, with the London featuring the brand new World of Style Maldives interior and the Montague highlighted with the Californian style.
The London 24 comes with a heap of flexible structural options including alfresco, grand alfresco, grand family room, iHub, soaker tub and alternative ensuite, which means you can easily and affordably scale the home to suit your needs.
The Montague 21 features choices from the eAccess collection to create your ideal home, including living room, fourth bedroom, extended kitchen and grand alfresco area – architectural tailored options to suit your needs without the architect price tag!
The suburb itself, Officer, has loads to offer local residents, with easy freeway access and proximity to the CBD, while St Francis Xavier School will open within Grandvue in 2012.
If you factor all of that in with the recent interest rate cuts and the $20,000 currently available in First Home Owner Grants along with house and land prices in Potters Grove from sub-$350,00 - you’ve got some pretty good reasons to check it out.
The Porter Davis Access display centre is located on Grandvue Boulevard, Melways Ref: 215 D3 and is open from Saturday – Thursday, 11am – 5pm.
Please note that the Porter Davis display centre at Arena Estate in Officer is now closed.
