Love your neighbourhood, but not your old house? Then be bold and rebuild, and make your dream house a reality.

Dual Occupancy

Demolish your old house and build two new ones, put two new houses on a vacant block or add a second house while leaving your existing house in place. However you want to develop your block of land, we do the lot.
