Here’s where you expect us to boast about us right? Our excellence in service, our 14 HIA Most Professional Builder awards, etc etc . . .   But that’s not who we are.  That’s the result of what we do.

Instead, to know Porter Davis we’d like you to know our beliefs about why we exist and what we hold true. We think what we do matters, because a new home is so much more than bricks and mortar. We believe a new home is the foundation to the picture of how life should and can be. 

It promises the future and frames the past. It stands strong when the dream may weaken. It flexes to change, stays steady when life runs wild.  To us, the idea of a home goes way beyond construction, or service, or design or style. It’s the very cornerstone of life’s hopes and aspirations. 

And it’s a brave thing to create. We understand and respect that - and those who set out to create their dreams around a new home. We appreciate the fragility of such visions and we exist to protect and nurture those dreams.

Porter Davis isn’t just any building company. We started with a bunch of guys who wanted to make a difference to how customers were treated. That DNA lives on in our business. It’s driven by our founder, expressed in our belief and reflected in our manifesto and comes to life in how we treat you.

Let’s face it, building a new home is a BIG deal – and you’re bound to have questions. Our promise to you is that you’ll always have someone to talk to if you have any questions along the way.

Feel free to ask as many questions as you want, as often as you need. Your sales consultant is a walking wikipedia so go right ahead and pick their brains for information, insights, ideas and inspiration.

Once you start building with us, you’ll have the direct number of your building coordinator and mobile number of your site supervisor. AND, you’ll also have the number of the customer service manager that leads the building team in your region.
