Q&A: I have a water issue with my new home. Who do I call?

John asks:  Recently purchased a ready built home with PD and have water issue with the ceiling. Reported issue 2 weeks and to date no resolution.

Called supervisor and new home care office numerous times. Who can I contact to resolve this issue as ceiling is worse? Customer service is non existent...
